Guarantee Policy

UV guarantees our Gel-Polish and nail enhancement services to last up-to 5 days.

If the gel polish:

• chips
• smudges
• peels

If the nail enhancement:

• chipped polish
• heavy lifting 
• cracked

Within 5 days of the initial service, clients are entitled to come back into the salon for a fix at no additional charge. Any issues after 5 days, nails are no longer covered by our guarantee policy as it can be the result of the daily life of the wearer or due to normal wear and tear.

*This guarantee policy only applies to services performed at our location and we do not cover anyone else's work outside of UV.*

Important Notes:​​​

• Broken nails and/or nails peeled/picked off due to misuse of nails are NOT covered under UV's guarantee policy at any time.

• UV recommends clients to come back every 2-4 weeks to maintain natural and artificial nails. We are not responsible for damage due to nail enhancements being peeled/picked off or damage due to untimely manicures/pedicures, fills, or damage from other salon/technicians' work.

• ​We will do our best to allocate a time to get you back into the salon in a timely manner. But in the event a client can not return during our available window or in a timely manner due to their schedule, UV has the right to charge the normal rate if client still desires a repair.

• We do not guarantee traditional/regular polish due to the nature of the product.

• Repairs and fixes outside of our guarantee policy will result in payment per required fix/repair per nail.
